An exploration on food and the role it plays in shaping cultural identities, this flavoursome meal discussed the constitution of Afro-Brazilian culture and its cuisine. This event engaged members of the Yoruba and Brazilian community living in Glasgow in a taste led exploration of Yoruba traditions brought to Brazil through the transatlantic slave trade.
