A mix of Chinese, Malay, Indian and Western Food, Singaporean Cuisine is all about fusion and appropriation, tradition and innovation. 
It tells the tale of the country's history and celebrates its multi-racial heritag. It shows how food can hold meaning and shape identities and friendships.

Come discover local delights as we recreate dishes from the hawker centres and coffee shops.Think of seafood stir-fries, fish head curries, steamed dumplings, noodle soups, sambal or bubble tea! 

For this event, we chose to cook some of our personal favorite Singaporean dishes and to take you on a flavorful journey to share this culture with you.

The Evening will be conceived and cooked by Denise Yap, Egan Chan and Chef in Residence for Küche Yasmine Sefraoui.
